Best camp site and why?

Some of us this year have had to be quite selective, as to where we go away in our caravan due to C – 19!. The picture above was from a lovely site in Snainton, Yorkshire. The site was flat, and well kept, but that was not the reason why it is our current favourite.

There can be many factors that make a site great, from having a good view to being in walking distance of great pub. This year however the criteria has been different. I think my wife would have happily stayed in a field, I on the other hand like a clean and well maintained toilet block. However, as I said this year our criteria was vastly different, this camp site represents a week with both our children, our daughter in law (to be) and our granddaughter, oh and let’s not forget Brian our dog. For us, it was special, being all together for the first time since Christmas, and was the best week ever.
